Global Leadership Link – Invention Challenge (Virtual)

The Global Leadership Link – Invention Challenge merges Science with Entrepreneurship, where students will be creating solutions to solve an issue. Students will take part in highly engaging virtual coaching sessions which will walk them through the process of invention. Through a 6-step process, students will learn how to solve their own problems, gain confidence and 21st-century skills to invent their own future through hands-on, real-world and project-based learning activities.

The programme also features skills-based workshops and closed-door talks for participants of different age groups. Through this exclusive programme, students will be exposed to STEMIE (STEM + Invention + Entrepreneurship) education through competitions and activities to develop their critical thinking skills and creativity.

The winners of this Invention Challenge will be invited to The Invention Convention SG Globals 2021, organised by The Henry Ford. First time in Singapore and by invitation only, The Invention Convention is usually held in the United States. This event showcases the innovative thinkers from among hundreds of thousands of young people who compete at various levels across the U.S. and from countries around the world.
